Lee Cockerell
Lee Cockerell” Joins us in a rare behind-the-scenes interview with the former “Executive of “Vice President of Operations of the “Walt Disney World” Resort, responsible for the “ESPN Sports & Recreation Sports Complex. From growing up on a small dairy farm with no air conditioning or indoor plumbing to international leader, Lee Cockerell, a college dropout who was adopted twice, joined the “United States Army, and is now is now a superb spokesmen for the “power” of the “customer” first mantra.

After working with both “Hilton” and “Marriott“, Lee joined “Disney“, where he led a team of over 40,000 “Cast Members worldwide and led operations for resorts, amusement parks, and multiple other attractions. Lee also helped create the “leadership” strategy that “Disney” used for over 7,000 executives through the “Disney Institute. Lee has also authored two books on “leadership” and “customer service“.
